While nice and fertile, offering plenty of food and a never ending water source, the terrain can be quite dangerously riddled with mud. Serve extra caution where you step, especially mares who are carrying and young foals.

An open territory where life is rather easy. There is a running stream that divides the territory in half, though it is shallow enough to walk across with no issues. While still barely above sea level, there are some nice tree lined rolling hills, and enough cover to be able to get out of the heat or head for shelter in extreme weather.
