Ears perked atop her head as she trotted into Pandora's meadow, the cooling winter air chilling the winds as they blew across the terrain. It was apparent winter was upon them but the ebony stained Mare had little to no plans for the upcoming weeks, she'd be on her own awhile now and as the weather slowly progressed into the colder temperatures she began to wonder if perhaps it was high time for her to try and find a herd. She had grown lonely and the thoughts had become more and more frequent as of late and now Morticia had decided to come here. Her hopes somewhat higher then usual, as she had always been welcomed into herds simply because she was kind and often times willing to help others without question. Which many found to be a quality they liked and often took for granted but that had never changed her personality.

Confuoco Winter had finally arrived after weeks of bluster bringing with it lazy flakes of snow. Trotting enthusiastically through the swirling crystals Confuoco looked about the meadow with bright blue eyes. He had always loved snow and seeing it beginning to lay a soft carpet down upon the limp green grass brought a smile to his lips. That was one thing that his wondrous land had yet to offer. Having only been living in Wisdom Fief for a few weeks, Fuoco was still familiarizing himself with how the changing seasons effected his rolling hills. The land was a little further south than Pandora's Meadow which meant that so far he had experienced nothing but cooler winds. Hopefully snow would find its way down later in the month.
Fuoco slid to a stop near the middle of the meadow and looked about with a keen gaze. Thankfully there didn't seem to be a single soul here and the spotted stag blew a sigh of relief. He had spent too many winters without a herd and was thankful that the many rogues he had seen here during the fall all appeared to have found a home. Despite his hotheadedness and tendency towards over exuberance, Fuoco's heart was in the right place.
About to turn around and return to Wisdom Fief, the scent of another drifted across his nares. Inhaling deeply, he took a step forwards trying to gather more information. It could just be another landed stallion, but no... whoever it was she was definitely a mare. With a soft snort that sent billows of mist from his nares, Fuoco started tracking down the femme.
After a few minutes the stallion caught sight of the ebony mare through a small cluster of trees. He let out a soft nicker to alert her to his presence before stepping out in front of her. Although her coat was lacking in sexy spots, Fuoco had to admit there was an certain allure to her all black tresses. Dipping his head in greeting, he smiled warmly at her, "Hello there." Testing the air around her, he searched for the scent of another stallion that would indicate that she had already been claimed. When nothing but the mares own lovely scent came back to him satisfaction purred in the back of his mind. "My name is Confuoco and what, if you don't mind me asking, is a beautiful lady like you doing alone in Pandora's Meadow?" Cocking a hoof he waited patiently for the mares response, crystal eyes looking inquiringly into her own.

The soft nicker of another entered her ears from somewhere not far ahead of where she now stood, and just as she began letting her golden gaze scan the area for it’s owner a stallion stepped forth just in front of her. He stood just as tall as she though his coloring was polar opposites of the one Morticia possessed. He didn’t hold a single ebony strand nor was he a single color. His coat was alabaster much like a winter’s snow but covered in spots. And as she continued her subtle examination of the stallion she took notice of his greeting along with the warm smile he offered her. Morticia was a kind hearted mare and always had been so she was more then happy to have another to talk with, dipping her own head in a welcoming gesture she let her own gentle smile grace her features. "Hello" she said her voice soft and angelic portraying who she was perfectly in just one word. Holding her smile she listened intently to his words as they were spoken and a small laugh escaped her. "Ah well it's very nice to meet you Confuoco. My name is Morticia"
Finding it rather easy to offer up names she was slightly amused by his questioning of what she had been doing alone within the meadow. It really wasn’t something she was going to have to think hard about on how she was going to answer but it was more of a why was he asking? I mean the meadow was usually where mares would go in hopes of finding a herd wasn’t it. Letting another small laugh escape her vocals she smiled, golden eyes watching the stallion momentarily before she spoke. "Well honestly, I came here in hopes of being able to get into a herd. With the season change and of course this winter weather we have now I figured it was about time I think about a herd."

Confuoco Encouraged by the small smile that lit the Friesian mare's lips Fuoco took another step closer. His ears flicked forward to catch her silken tones and something about them seemed to make the stallion relax. It was usually very difficult for him to tone down his enthusiasm which was often interpreted as ego. That was not the case with Morticia.
She seemed to be one of the rare few equines which he was comfortable with right away and Fuoco was shocked to find himself taking the time to look at the beautiful scenery. He never did that! Swinging his head back around to face Morticia he blushed when he realized how rude that must have seemed. About to explain himself, he swallowed his words so as to not interrupt her. When she confirmed his suspicions about looking for a herd Fuoco found himself inexorably excited. He had a herd! Well... sort of. He had a beautiful land that was waiting for more occupants than just himself.
Meeting Morticia's eyes he smiled again, "I was just looking at the beautiful landscape!" Well that was an odd way of saying he would be happy to offer her a home if only for the winter. Blushing again Fuoco could not for the life of him figure out why he was acting this way. "I mean, uh, I'm actually the lead of a land in Aquatica, Wisdom Fief, and if you want... I mean...
Shaking his head Fuoco boxed his brain back into shape. "I'm sorry, let me try that again." A sheepish smile curved his lips as he firmly told himself to get it together. "If you would like I would be happy to tell you all about Wisdom Fief and answer any questions you might have for me." There, that was much better... probably...
ooc: D'aww! Fuoco has a crush!

Gaze never faltered from the stallion before her, and the longer she watched him she took notice of the way he seemed to relax as she spoke. It made her smile more knowing she had that effect on certain horse’s. She had always loved being the calm level headed one of the bunch and often times tried her best to make those around her calm as well. She was definitely a peacekeeper and prided herself on it along with her kind hearted nature. Ear’s twitched atop her head as she watched him a few moments longer as he seemed to look out at his surroundings. Had he not done that before? She could only assume not, as he continued to look out into the scenery.
The moment he spoke once more she was not able to control her slight laughter at his words, why had he just told her he was looking at the landscape? Shaking off the awkward announcement she smiled at him and nodded slightly. "Ah yes it is quite lovely isn't it?" sighing softly she let her gaze wander the meadow for a moment before she let her golden gaze fall back on the spotted stallion. Ticia watched him closely her smile never fading just as she noticed him blushing and a small childish laugh escaped her lips. That was absolutely adorable and she couldn’t help but find it a tad odd. Why on earth was he acting so weird?
But that was not something she felt was her place to ask so she just listened to his words as he continued to speak. Nodding her head in encouragement she offered up an angelic smile "Oh how lovely" soft vocals said just as he went onto correcting himself which brought forth another smile and a shake of her head "Hun I knew what you meant. There was no real need to correct yourself." Shifting she cocked one of her hoofs before she continued on "I'd love for you to tell me more about your home, and why on earth you're acting so odd. That is if you're willing to tell me, I understand if you rather not disclose your reason's." Which honestly Ticia was fine if he felt uncomfortable telling her. But he did say he’d answer any question’s she had for him.

For now I don't have a Wolffy layout, so feast your eyes on this, his reference image lol. Also his eye reference.Wolfram Stallion | 7 | Sabino Clydesdale | 17.2hh | Ruler of Thousand Oaks | Webbed Dark Grey Eyes
It was finally that time of day, the time he became alive and functional. The sun was nearly set and the comforting cloak of darkness that was night crept upon them. His webbed eyes shown eerily in the fire colored sunset of a winter evening. His maw contorted into an almost condemning smile as he recollected a quote about the red skies at night. "Red skies at night, shepherd's delight." Now where were this shepherd's sheep? Ah, there they were. Wolf walked on, broad white feathered limbs pulled him further out of the tree line and towards the cleared area where the he could hear muffled voices coming from, and eventually got a clear view of the pair. During the day his eyes were sensitive, the white web that stretched over the length of his iris' made the absorption of too much daylight painful, this resulted in him being a night creature. He relied heavily on his sharp ability to cue into sounds and smells, perhaps making him more wolf like than intended, but encompassing his name perfectly.
As he approached a wind picked up, drifting his scent towards the two before him, also sweeping up his wild forelock and laying it broadly over his blazed white face, his eyes but a tarnished glimpse. He inspected them as he approached, instantly appreciating the mare's solid and dark build. The other stallion had a loudly patterned coat, one he was sure was appreciated by the opposite gender. He offered a nod to the both of them before his rotund, raspy voice broke the silence in which his approach created. "Good evening to you both. I do hope there is room in this conjuring for one more." He studied them both, noticing the appaloosa's vivacious activity, and the mare's soft features. "My name is Wolfram." He offered one last nod, this time solely to the mare, and a smile cracked upon his features. This time, a bit more favorably than his last smirk he shared with the shadows.
ooc: First post with Wolfy! Woot! Sorry it's not the longest! I'm getting used to him =]
