Appearance: As a youth, Gwer was rather thin, but she has filled out considerably, taking on a proud arch to her neck, and sturdiness to her limbs. Gwer is apricot dun (ee/aa/prlprl/DD) in coloration. Her body is creamy, while her mane and tail seem to be literally on fire with reds, oranges, sooty browns, and more. She wears all of the typical dun markings (tipped ears, webbing across the forehead, shoulder, hip, and leg barring) and then some. Her eyes are amber in color. Gwer is a perfect mixture of feral and refined.
Personality: Gwer is no stranger to the monsters beneath her bed. In fact, though she may not be fully aware yet, she is one of them. However, you couldn’t tell just from looking at her. She is the epitome of a wolf in sheep's clothing. She wears innocence and vulnerability the same way most women wear seduction. It’s a snare that most confuse for weakness. Ever since she was a child, she has been attracted the the unnatural; a moth to the flame. But, she leaves poison in place of mothdust.
History: Gwer was born into a land of monsters, without a mother or father to guide her through the blackness. Still, she managed to survive, because the land was a magical place, and it took compassion on her. Innocent, naive, and curious, Gwer roved through an ever shifting land, much like Oceanic Steppe, for years. There she met monsters, but she also met Sirius.
She can remember the pallor of his coat, and the way he shined in the gloom as if he were an angel. Sirius was a protector of all things pure and innocent. He did his best to protect Gwer, and she allowed it for a time. But, one cannot always protect someone who does not want protecting. So, Gwer discovered betrayal one night, on her own accord.
As darkness fell, and the night creatures began to bay at the stars, Gwer left Sirius and ventured into gaping jaws. Without him there to keep the monsters away, Gwer was quickly eaten alive with hungry eyes, followed by dripping fangs. She does not remember that night, or even the next few weeks. But, when she awoke, she heard that Sirius had died saving her life. She found that her wounds had been completely healed by some strange magic, but that her innocence was completely shattered.
