Appearance: Like the vast majority of his breed, Senketsu is not a small horse at sixteen two. He follows the typical build of a Thoroughbred with a smallish head, sloping shoulders and withers, a deep chest and long, clean, un-feathered legs. Like most Thoroughbreds he is also prone to not having particularly hardy feet, although years of living on rough terrain have made him tougher than others. Senketsu is a bay colour, considerably lighter on his chest, neck and barrel areas, though his entire coat darkens somewhat in the winter. His mane and tail are completely black and although they are not straggly, there is a certain wispy quality about them. His legs are also dark in colour except for his near hind, which has a white pastern. He also has a white snip on one side of his nose which stretches up into a very meagre stripe, ending between his eyes. His eyes are dark brown and he has no other markings.
Personality: Senketsu can appear somewhat antagonistic in most situations, whether this is intentional or not is entirely up to how he is feeling. He is extremely level headed and calm in almost any situation, which can at times be infuriating. However, he usually is extremely dangerous in battle - being able to think straight and his sharp, athletic physique is a deadly combination. He has lived a violent and disturbed life, however short it is, which he prefers to keep shrouded. On occasion, he tends to say things out of turn which might worry others and this often leaves him lacking in normal social situations. Senketsu is a surprisingly gentle creature at heart, he is sensitive and nurturing which would give him ideal qualities for a father, though that kind of opportunity has never presented itself to him. Unfortunately this is married with his almost fear of closeness, so he is trapped in a flux of being afraid of what he craves in his life
