Name: Simone (pronounced sim-own)
Age: 6 years
Breed: Georgian Grande (American Saddlebred x Friesian)
Gender: Mare
Height: 17.0 hands
Appearance: Simone is a lovely creature of fine breeding; overall she is tall, strong-boned, and has a striking appearance. Her profile is straight, with a delicate tapered muzzle and large nostrils. She has a long neck that is slightly arched, with a fine muscle tone that characterizes the rest of her powerful and athletic figure. Her shoulders are deep and sloping, allowing for good movement. In coloring, Simone is a minimal bay tobiano, with the color of her eyes manifesting a hidden splash gene—the right is a sky blue, while the left is mostly blue, mingled with flecks of dark brown. Her mane and tail are combinations of black and white, coordinating with her markings. Both grow thick and extremely long, with her tail brushing the ground and her forelock reaching to the bridge of her nose. Slight feathering adorns each of her white fetlocks, accentuating her proud and elegant actions.
Personality: To put it simply, Simone is a character with many layers. She can be just about anything she wants—charming, seductive, charismatic, and generally likeable. However, at her core, Simone is a witchy, proud, and manipulative mare, with only her own best interests in mind. She is not above exploiting others or wrecking havoc, and has unnerving patience in getting what she wants—she is extremely practiced and calculative in her charade, being cunning when she wants to be, friendly at times, and volatile if she doesn’t care to put on a face. Her moods shift unexpectedly. These honed skills have served Simone well in the past, and will likely do the same for her future.
History: Born into a world of chaos and politics, learning to survive, adapt, and manipulate had been essential from the moment Simone opened her eyes. Her father was a militaristic stallion, and operated his mares and foals accordingly. Throughout her youth, Simone was thrust into training with her other siblings, but this common treatment began to fester frustration in the independent filly. By the time she was three, she already had a plan in motion, which came to life just before her fourth birthday—unable to be charmed or reasoned with, Simone had no other choice but to kill her father, thus releasing herself from his aggressive reign. At last, she could make her own choices without hindrance. For the next two years, she wandered independently, leaving behind a string of broken-hearted lovers, enemies, and betrayed friends in her path. Only time will tell what fun and power the known lands have to offer her.
